Participating Club grant applications (New Member, Participating Club, and Disbursement Requests) are now available as an online application through WizeHive by clicking on the "Participating Club Grants and Requests" button below. If you are requesting a New Member grant, you will also need to download, complete, and attach a copy of the "Adult Member Certification Form" below.

Funding cycles close at 11:59pm on the 28th of each month. All applications received by the close of a cycle will be reviewed at the following Executive Committee meeting, typically held the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Any applications submitted after the close of a cycle will be considered for the following cycle.
